Concept Seating Case Study - The Blue Bell Inn, Kidsgrove
This complex beer garden design based on a customer in Staffordshire shows that by using the new concept designs allowed them to expand their seating capacity by 32% in comparison to using standard wooden benches.
The lower layout shows seating capacity if the customer were to use original A-Frame wooden benches, to allow for 2 metre distance to be performed whilst seated and walking by. As you will notice this restricts the sociable aspect and wastes a lot of space unnecessarily.
The upper layout shows the concept design allowing for adequate distance, sociable benches, and an increase in seating capacity. Whilst also maintaining better hygiene due to the antibacterial properties in the materials. They also each have dedicated sanitising areas to maintain cleanliness.
